1 - What do W, M and MW mean?
W identifies women's Shaik catalogue fragrances, M identifies men's and MW identifies unisex. Their caps and main labels are white, black and red respectively.
2 - How do I choose the right fragrance?
Try the Scent Finder: tell us where you will wear it, the kind of scent you like and who it is for, and you get three picks with a reason for each. You can also search a perfume you already love, shop by feeling or occasion, or message us on WhatsApp and we will help you choose.
3 - Are Luxe Esscents perfumes long-lasting?
It depends on the fragrance. Warm, woody and sweet scents usually last longer than fresh citrus ones, and your skin, the weather and how much you apply all make a difference. Spray onto moisturised skin at your pulse points and ask us on WhatsApp if you want a longer-lasting suggestion.
4 - How do I order, and do you deliver?
Add fragrances to your bag or press Order on WhatsApp on any product page. Every Shaik fragrance is 50 ml for $25 or 100 ml for $45. We confirm availability, delivery and payment with you on WhatsApp before you pay. We deliver in Harare, and deliveries outside Harare are available at an extra charge.
5 - Can I buy perfume as a gift?
Yes. Our gift sets are $100: choose Gift Set No. 1, 2 or 3 and send us the number on WhatsApp. Our Gifts page also has ideas for her, for him and for everyone. You can also search the perfume they already love to find the Shaik inspired by it, or add a body mist ($25), room diffuser ($15) or car diffuser ($7). 6 - How should I store my perfume?
Keep it in its box or a cool, dark cupboard, away from sunlight, heat and big temperature changes. Avoid leaving it in a hot car or a steamy bathroom, and close the cap after every use.
